The end-of-line plants are the final portion of the manufacturing line where the packaging, identification and, if necessary, the palletizing phases of the goods ready to be shipped or stored are completed. ZANCANER co-operates with its Customers to design the end-of-line plants most appropriate to meet their requirements in terms of technological needs, production rates, layout and information integration into the corporate management system.
Over the years ZANCANER has developed well-established co-operation relations with companies manufacturing specific packaging machines, so as to perfectly integrate them into its own plants. Furthermore, it manufactures in-house special machines designed to meet specific needs.
The engineering department can offer its experience acquired over the years by developing ad hoc solutions which do not neglect economic questions while improving the manufacturing process that gets leaner, faster and more effective. Goods handling and traceability can be monitored and managed by avoiding wasted and unproductive steps by operators. At the end of the line, goods can be automatically transported to their storage areas.
