ZANCANER uses its anthropomorphic robot systems for handling tasks associated with machine interlocking processes. The robot is enhanced by all those devices, required for a total management of the piece, that are part of the “robotized island” workstation.
The loading and unloading system is to be specifically designed for the pieces that have to be handled and it can consist of belts, vibrators, vision systems or other. The picking system to be applied to the robot is the most important device in a handling application.
The picking grip must pick up and deposit the piece from the especially designed systems and make it possible to load and unload it from the machine.
The picking organ results from a careful analysis of all the components and of the 3D design and simulation systems used by ZANCANER’s engineering department. Robots can also be used for finishing work on the piece such as trimming, polishing, blowing of work residues, etc.
The robotised applications developed by ZANCANER range from pick and place systems for pieces weighing a few grams only, with cycles of 25 pieces per minute, to handling systems for loads up to 150 Kg. For special applications ZANCANER can also design and manufacture specific handling systems with 4 or more axes.
